Returns: 10-day money back guaranty from the date of purchase. If items are returned after the 10 day mark you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped an incorrect item. Please note that gas and electric parts once purchased may not be returned.

Simply e-mail with your order number (located in the top left hand corner of your order confirmation e-mail) and your reference number (located at the very bottom left hand corner of your order confirmation e-mail).

Shipping: All items will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer or if there are any size, weight, or other outstanding circumstances which would require that the item be shipped by common carrier, air, etc.

Billing: Payment may be made only by credit card for products purchased on this site. We will accept Master Card and Visa. Your credit card will be billed to RVDealership.

Freight: We will notify you via phone or e-mail if any items that you have ordered will be shipped via common carrier (Truck freight). For your convenience we will track your freight shipments. Simply e-mail one of our customer service representatives at and include your order number in the subject line.

Freight Damages: When you receive your products from RV make sure to check for any damage to the box before taking receipt of the package. If any external or internal damage is found please note the damage and e-mail for assistance.

Hours: Customer Service is open from 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We will be closed New Years Eve, New Years Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Installation: Gas and electric repairs or installations should only be attempted by certified repair technicians. RV and its parent company reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product that it determines to be unsafe for retail installation or repair. Installation or repair of certain products by a retail consumer may void manufacturer warranties. Check your owner's manual for details.

Question: How do I order on the RV website
Answer: Use the "Search By Category" drop down list box and part tree to find the desired product. Click on the product to open a list of available parts and a link to the break down. Either click on "Add To Cart" to add the part to your shopping cart or open the image and find the part you need and click on it. When the part list opens, verify that the part and description are correct and click on "Add To Cart" to add this part to your shopping cart.

At any time you may click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top to view or remove parts already added to the cart.

When you have added all the parts you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button in the "Shopping Cart" view to complete the order.

Question: What does <SEE NOTES>, <SL>, <500>, Etc. in the products description mean?
Answer: Any phrases which are bracketed by < > are notes used for RV internal purposes only and are of no particular meaning when you are ordering any product. An example being <SEE NOTES> alerts RV personnel to check the notes in our computer system for any special directions.

Question: I tried to find part number 001-204.001 and was unsuccessful.
Answer: In the RV site when searching for a part make sure if it starts with a zero or multiple zero's that you drop the zero's in the beginning and remove any punctuation in the part number. The correct number to search for would be 1204001 instead of 001-204.001
